Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy. We process bank statements solely for the purpose of conversion and do not store them permanently.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8.2 Conversion Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% accurate conversion of all bank statements. Users should verify converted data for critical applications.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank Statement Converter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification
